The VON Immigrant Health Clinic provides both coordination and access to primary care services throughout Windsor Essex to immigrants and refugees, through a clinical connect process, to the most appropriate primary care provider based on need, language and geography.  They conduct an initial assessment and address immediate concerns, as well as provide education in multiple languages on healthy living and wellness and maneuvering through the health care system of Windsor-Essex.
