Annual Golf Tournament

Our Parish Golf Tournament is our biggest annual fundraiser in support of our Parish Building Fund and with a partnered community organization. The golf tournament brings many people from all over Windsor and Essex County, from Michigan, and even some from the Greater Toronto Area together for 18 holes of Golf followed by a delicious Ukrainian meal in our Church Hall.

Our 2024 Golf Tournament will be held at Ambassador Golf Club (1025 Sprucewood Avenue, Windsor, ON) on Saturday, June 22, 2024, with a shotgun start at 9:00 am. After golf, all are invited to our Church Hall (601 Lake Trail Drive, Windsor, ON) for a delicious meal, a time of fellowship, the handing out of prizes, and a raffle draw.

We are always looking for sponsors for our Golf Tournament. We welcome corporate sponsorships as well as personal sponsorships. Information about registration and sponsorship is available below.

Letter of Thanks

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS, GOLFERS AND VOLUNTEERS who helped make our 14th Annual and 4th Memorial Kobasa Golf Classic a success.

This year our net revenue over expenditures amounted to $25,000 and we are pleased to have been able to donate, in memory of our pastor Rev Eugene Halitsky (1980 – 2015), $4,500 to Transition to Betterness (T2B) and $5,000 to the Dome Icon project in the church.

Without the support of everyone involved, we would not have achieved such success, and we thank you for your generous support.

Plans for our 15th Annual and 5th Memorial Kobasa Golf Classic will begin shortly. In our efforts to continually improve our tournament, we are asking for your feedback. We know everything was not perfect for the participants, so we would like to hear from you. Please let us know how we can improve the day FOR YOU, our golfers.
